Water-dispersive primer, based on polyacrylic resin, universal, with deep penetration, for the anti-corrosion protection of reinforced concrete structures of transport facilities and other mineral surfaces.
One-component universal primer for deep penetration based on polyacrylic resin. It is intended for priming of mineral, including concrete and reinforced concrete, and other non-metallic surfaces as part of coating systems. Increases the adhesion of the subsequent layers in the coating system. It is perfectly combined with any types of primers and finishing paintwork materials, including with organic-based materials. Fire-explosion-proof, does not contain toxic components.

The practical consumption is influenced by the quality of a surface, a way and conditions of application, a form of the painted surface
Solvent Potable/utility water.
We recommend not to add water into the primer unless necessary.
Way of application Air spraying, airless spraying.
A long pile brush or roller at strip painting.
Time of drying to degree 3 at a temperature of +20°С and relative humidity of 65%, not more, hours 1,0
Instruction for use
Conditions of applying Temperature of air, the painted surface and primer should not be lower than +5ºС.
Temperature of a surface should be at least 3ºС higher than an air dew point.
Relative humidity of air should be below 80%.
Newly applied plaster can be coated after full curing, not earlier than after two weeks at a temperature of not less than +5°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
Do not apply primer to the surface if rain or night frost can occur within 24 hours.
Surface preparation The surface must be dry before painting: there should be no film moisture, the surface must be moisture-air free by touch.
Chalky surfaces are cleaned until chalk or lime is completely removed.
Method of application Before use, the primer should be mixed thoroughly, avoiding the formation of foam.
Apply with spraying, with a brush or roller.

Tools cleaning When finished, the paint equipment and tools should be washed out with water.

Occupational & industrial safety Before application it is necessary to study attentively the text and precautionary designations on factory labels. Use in well-ventilated rooms. Do not inhale dust. Avoid contacts with skin. In case of skin and eye exposure, immediately rinse with water and see a doctor.
Storage The primer should be stored and transported at a temperature above +5ºС.
The primer should be stored in the dry, cool, well-ventilated room, away from heat sources.
Package should be tightly closed.
Do not allow freezing during transporting and storage.
