By joining this Agreement and leaving the User’s data on the Site http://en.basa.pro, (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), by filling in the fields of (registration) form or subscription form for news, the User

• confirms that all the data given by the User belongs personally to him/her;
• confirms and acknowledges that he/she has carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of the User\’s personal data specified in the fields of (registration) form or subscription form for news, the text of the agreement and the terms of processing personal data are clear to him/her;

• agrees to processing of his/her personal data by the Site which were provided as part of the information for the purpose of concluding the present Agreement between the User and the Site, as well as further execution hereof;
• agrees to the transfer of his/her personal data to the partners of the organizer's events;• agrees to receive newsletters from the Site, including announcements of articles posted on the Site and promotional materials from the Site's partners;

• agrees with the terms of processing of his/her personal data.

The User gives his/her consent to processing of his/her personal data, and namely, to the performance of the actions provided for in cl. 3 of part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data", and confirms that by giving such consent, he/she acts freely, willfully and in his own self-interest.

The User's consent to processing of his/her personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

The User's consent is deemed as executed in a simple written form for processing of the following personal data:
- last name, first name, patronymic name;
- telephone numbers; e-mail addresses (E-mail). 

The User grants http://basa.pro the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage during the period of storage of the accounts, as established by regulatory documents, but not less than for three years, starting from the date of the termination of service use by the User; clarification (updating, modification); using; destruction; depersonalization; transfer on demand of the court, including, to third parties, with observance of measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.




This consent is valid for an unlimited period of time starting from the date of the data provision and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the site administration indicating the data specified in Art. 14 of the Law "On Personal Data". 

The withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data may be carried out by sending by the User of a corresponding order in a simple written form to the email address (e-mail) basa@basa.pro.

The site is not responsible for the use (either lawful or illegal) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution in all possible ways.

The site has the right to make modifications to this Agreement. When making modifications, the date of the last update should be indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The current version of the Agreement is published on the page at: http://en.basa.pro/agreement/

The law of the Russian Federation is applicable to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of this Agreement.
